How any times have people gone on a diet to lose weight, only to gain the pounds back, plus some. It is a vicious cycle that is very discouraging. Remember this, bad carbs create too much insulin, which makes us tired and hungry. If you eat a meal and right after, you are hungry, you probably ate bad carbs. You need to know that almost all fruits and vegetables are good carbs, also sweet potato, sprouted grain bread, rice, Spelt, and Quinoa are good carbs. Pasta, crackers, whole wheat bread and cereals are bad carbs.
The secret is bad fat stores fat. Good fat burns fat. I have heard that many times. Margarine is a bad fat and I have not eaten margarine for years, as I only use real butter, just not a lot of it when I was dieting. Also, many oils are bad fat. I use olive oil and coconut oil. Both of those oils are good for us. Coconut oil has saturated fat, but it is not the same as other bad saturated fats. And of course, white refined sugar is bad for us. I use Stevia in the liquid form and just add a few drops to my foods or drinks.
I try to stay away from as much processed foods as I can because of the chemicals and added white sugar. Our body has a very hard time getting rid of chemicals. The secret to keeping our body clean is not to take in chemicals from processed foods, anything that comes in a box or jar. Single item foods such as chicken, eggs fruits and vegetables do not have added chemicals. If you do not buy organic fruits and vegetables, it is a good idea to soak them in your sink in water which you have added 3 tablespoons of baking soda and let soak for 30 minutes.This can rid them of any chemical sprays that have been used.
When I diet, I never count calories, because, if you eat right, you do not have to do that. It is the type and amount of food that you eat, not the calories. It is good to eat three main meals and snacks in between, as you will feel less hungry. These are many good fat loss secrets to help you to lose weight easily.
